For Job Seekers:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

• You agree not to post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

For Employers:

• You may post vacancies and review applications.

• Job postings must comply with applicable Philippine labor and employment laws and regulations, including relevant provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines and anti-discrimination and workplace protection laws (e.g., the Magna Carta of Women, the Anti-Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Safe Spaces Act), and any relevant rules and issuances of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

• You must not request or store applicant information beyond lawful and reasonable recruitment purposes.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

• JobX collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data for recruitment purposes.

• We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by JobX or licensed to us.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

8. Fees and Payments

• Employers may be charged service or recruitment fees as agreed in writing.

• All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

• Job seekers are not charged for basic use of the platform.

9. Termination

• JobX reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for breach of these Terms.

• Users may request account deletion by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

11. Amendments

JobX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
