About the Role

The role will be responsible for triage, patient care and patient flow in a growing urgent care centre.

You are an experienced RN with developed clinical skills and the ability to think under pressure. Your leadership skills are well suited to a fast-paced environment and you are able to work within frameworks, including company policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication, time management skills, and critical thinking ability
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate team outcomes in a multidisciplinary environment
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation
• Ability to be patient focused and adaptable to environmental change
• Ability to make evidence based patient centered decisions
• Midwifery qualifications highly regarded
• Must be able to work to a rotating
  roster 
• COVID-19 Vaccination in accordance with the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Orders
• Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
