FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

JobX works by connecting candidates with employers who are looking to hire employees. Our agency typically has a database of job candidates who have submitted their resumes and qualifications. When an employer contacts our agency looking for employees with specific skills or qualifications, we will search our database for suitable candidates and present them to the employer.

Initial Interview with a JobX Recruiter

A JobX recruiter will conduct your initial interview and provide direct feedback based on the specific job position and employer you are applying for.

If you do not receive a call or email from JobX within 3 weeks to 1 month after submitting your application, your qualifications may not align with the current job opening.

Your application will remain active in our database for six (6) months. After this period, you must resubmit your CV/resume through our website or in person at our office.

Final Interview with the Employer/Principal

  • Selected for a Job Offer – JobX will notify you via email and invite you to a job orientation (conducted in-office or virtually) at least one week after your final interview. The exact timing depends on the employer’s schedule.

  • Not Selected – You will receive an email from JobX within a week of your final interview regarding your application status. This does not disqualify you from other opportunities. Our recruiters may still contact you to explore potential endorsements to other employers seeking similar qualifications.

  • Back-up Selection – You may be notified that you are a “back-up candidate”, meaning you are next in line if the primary candidate:

    • Fails to submit required work permit documents, or

    • Does not pass the medical examination.

Note: Some employers provide interview results directly to candidates via email or their career portal. In such cases, JobX will only contact you if the employer confirms your selection for the mobilization process.

There could be several reasons why your application was not approved:

  • Your qualifications did not align with the specific requirements of the principal/employer.

  • You may not have submitted the required documents for a work permit or visa.

  • Your English proficiency needs further improvement.

  • Background checks revealed a criminal record that disqualifies you from entering the Americas, Europe, or Oceania.
